This hotel was excellent place for exploring Jackson, appreciated it. Appetising food and impressive room - had a such great stay during my visit. The property was in the central setting in a beautiful setting.
The hotel is stunningly beautiful with a gorgeous location next to a kids fun park. The staff is phenomenal and made our stay wonderful. The heated pool was a great amenity. The hotel is only a 10-minute walk from the Made Gift Shop. We enjoyed the variety of different food options available.
Everything was excellent, great hotel. The bed was comfy, the amenities included climate control, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and ironing facilities. The best place to stay when in Cheyenne.
Had a wonderful stay over Christmas break at a hotel located near a museum and shops. The rooms were well-maintained, clean, and comfortable. Really appreciated the complementary breakfast, and the fact that parking was plentiful and easily accessible made the stay stress-free. We found the staff to be friendly and accommodating.
The stone floor in the shower could be painful on bare feet, but this was manageable.
Additionally, the ice machine on our floor was a bit difficult to locate.
Truly enjoyed how superior the property was. The superior king suite we where given had a flat-screen TV with cable channels, a dining area and an ironing set. Not far from the downtown, 5 minutes on foot. Good free parking. It was worth its 4 stars...
The complementary wine and cheese hour was a nice touch. The location was great, close to both downtown and the national parks. The surrounding area was beautiful and we enjoyed going for walks. The breakfasts were delicious.
