The hotel is stunningly beautiful with a gorgeous location next to a kids fun park. The staff is phenomenal and made our stay wonderful. The heated pool was a great amenity. The hotel is only a 10-minute walk from the Made Gift Shop. We enjoyed the variety of different food options available.

Had a wonderful stay over Christmas break at a hotel located near a museum and shops. The rooms were well-maintained, clean, and comfortable. Really appreciated the complementary breakfast, and the fact that parking was plentiful and easily accessible made the stay stress-free. We found the staff to be friendly and accommodating.
The stone floor in the shower could be painful on bare feet, but this was manageable. Additionally, the ice machine on our floor was a bit difficult to locate.

The complementary wine and cheese hour was a nice touch. The location was great, close to both downtown and the national parks. The surrounding area was beautiful and we enjoyed going for walks. The breakfasts were delicious.
Our experience during Christmas was not great. Our room was not well heated and we were cold throughout our stay.
